Attorney Ginam Lee obtained another verdict in favor of their client, Defendants, in a bench trial whereby Plaintiff alleged wrongful termination and false imprisonment.
Attorney Ginam Lee, second chaired by attorney Samuel Jeon, represented a company and its owner in trial in defendant claims of sexual harassment, battery, and various labor code violations. In a jury trial that last nearly 10 days, LPL obtained a jury verdict on behalf of their clients.

1. CNK Properties LLC v. Jay Kim Park et al
Client who purchased a property for development only to find out later, after the purchase, that a tenant may have had a long term lease won an award of $1.23 million plus punitive damages which was to be determined at phase II of trial.
Client, a prep course academy, filed suit against multiple defendants for various causes of action including misappropriation of trade secrets. Client was awarded over $3.12 million.
3. Suk Koo Hong v. Rainbow Global Semiconductor Corporation
Client brought suit against multiple defendants on multiple causes of action including breach of contract and fraud as to an investment made for an entertainment business. Default was awarded in favor of client in the amount of $745,573.25
